Q: What services does your company provide?
A: We provide private one on one mentoring services for managers who are struggling with human resource issues.
Q: How is mentoring provided if your client lives in another state?
A: We will make an initial site visit to the client for assessment purposes. All subsequent meetings can occur via videoconferencing if applicable.
Q: Will anyone know that a “consultant/mentor” is working with the manager?
A: Of course the primary point of contact will know and anyone else who would have a need to know.
