About Us
Thoroughbred Services LLC is the conception of its owner & founder Robin Menefee. Robin’s many years of experience in leadership has led her to see the need for mentoring within the leadership arena.
Our mentors will provide private and confidential mentoring sessions that will allow for open conversation and discussion between mentor and manager. In this supportive environment the manager may speak freely about his or her concerns. This coupled with an assessment of the situation will provide the mentor with the information needed to professionally guide the manager through any issue.
Because sessions are private the meetings can occur outside of the work environment. With a safe place to communicate, conversations can be held without concern for interruptions. This allows time to focus on the issue or issues at hand and derive real workable plans of action.
